PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen sensor achieving both of measurement of a wide phase range and downsizing/low current consumption using a surface acoustic device, and specimen sensing method.SOLUTION: A specimen sensor includes: a detection element 110 for outputting a detection signal according to a mass change in a detection unit 111; and a reference element 120 for outputting a reference signal according to the mass of a reference unit 121 that does not adsorb a target or does not react with the target. The specimen sensor acquires a phase shift value from the detection signal and the reference signal obtained from the detection element and the reference element, by a heterodyne method, and calculates a target detection amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
