PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the data, e.g., the destination number unique to an IP facsimile included in the address book data or line information, may not be analyzed by a facsimile machine not corresponding to the IP facsimile, and not only the destination data unique to the IP facsimile but also the destination data of public line may not be imported, or the destination not having the destination number is imported, and thereby the facsimile function may not be used correctly.SOLUTION: A determination is made whether or not the IP facsimile information is included in the data to be exported, by means of a model or a printer queue selected by the user at the time of export. Consequently, even in the case of an address book where a normal destination and the information of an IP facsimile destination are mixed, its data can be imported to a facsimile machine in just proportion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
