PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumoperitoneum device capable of efficiently performing pneumoperitoneum by reducing a gas supply stop time, in the pneumoperitoneum device that performs pneumoperitoneum by intermittent gas supply.SOLUTION: A pneumoperitoneum device 1 comprises: a gas supply pipeline that communicates with a gas supply source 11 for supplying a predetermined gas and supplies gas to an abdominal cavity 13 of a patient 12; a flow meter 5 that measures a flow amount of supplied gas; a manometer 4 connected to the air supply pipeline; and a flow rate adjustment valve 6 that adjusts a flow rate of the gas supplied to the abdominal cavity 13 of the patient 12. The flow rate adjustment valve 6 adjusts a pipeline resistance on the basis of a measurement value of the manometer 4 in a period of time in which gas supply to the abdominal cavity 13 of the patient 12 is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
