PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device, a detection system and program, in which a load applied to detection processing is low, and presence/absence of a person can be accurately detected according to a person movement state.SOLUTION: A creation part 32 creates an identification area in which a detection part 31 surrounds a person who is detected. A derivation par 33 derives a person movement amount in a stay area formed of the identification area which is a stationary state in a detection area, and a position change amount of the identification area in the detection area. The detection part 31 comprises a movement detection mode for detecting presence/absence of a person when a person moves, and a stay detection mode for detecting presence/absence of a person by the person movement amount in the stay area when a person stays. The detection part 31 fixes a position of the identification area in the detection area, when the position change amount becomes less than a stay threshold, in the movement detection mode, sets the identification area to the stay area, and detects presence/absence of a person in the stay detection mode about the stay area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
