PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control capacity of a hydraulic pump and torque of a generator motor.SOLUTION: A controller 24 executes capacity command correction processing T for correcting a capacity command of a hydraulic pump 14 in a state of setting torque of a generator motor 20 to 0. The controller 24 also calculates a correction value of a torque command for approaching torque set in response to the torque command to target torque, based on the relationship between residual torque except for torque of the hydraulic pump 14 and an actually outputted torque command among already-known engine torque, in a state of outputting the torque command and a capacity command after correction so that the sum total of the torque of the hydraulic pump 14 and the torque of the generator motor 20 becomes the already-known engine torque, and executes torque command correction processing U for correcting the torque command based on the correction value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
