PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst detection sheet capable of detecting a photocatalyst under visible light and a photocatalyst detection method using the photocatalyst detection sheet.SOLUTION: A photocatalyst detection sheet 1 includes: a substrate 2; and a film 3 containing a water soluble resin and bathocuproine, which is formed over the surface of the substrate 2. The photocatalyst detection method includes the steps of: allowing a detection object to contain water; bringing the film 3 of the photocatalyst detection sheet 1 into contact with the detection object containing water, to thereby detect copper ion on the surface of the detection object under visible light by means of spectrum measurement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
