PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch unit capable of suppressing generation of a striking sound by absorbing impulse at the time of collision between a knob-side electrode and an electrode caused by an energization member.SOLUTION: A switch unit 1 includes: a support 23; a knob body 4 which is supported by the support so as to be oscillated; a knob-side electrode 5 that is fitted to the knob body; a housing 8 including an insulative moderation crest 82 protruding towards the knob-side electrode; a housing-side electrode 7 held by the housing so as to be disposed at one side of the knob body in a direction of oscillation relatively to the moderation crest; and an energization member 6 which is provided between the knob body and the knob-side electrode and energizes the knob-side electrode towards the housing-side electrode. When the knob body is oscillated, the knob-side electrode is made close to and separate from the housing-side electrode over the moderation crest. The housing-side electrode is held in the housing so as to be elastically deformable in a direction where an end portion closer to the moderation crest is away from the knob-side electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
