A method for creating a technology transfer process and an information system for implementing same relate to electronic information systems, the databases of which are based upon certain knowledge. The technical result consists in broadening the functional capabilities of a process (system) and in increasing efficiency. According to the method, information, which is placed in a system by users, is transformed into an object of technology transfer, and connections are made between users and objects of technology transfer. A system for implementing the method contains a data input/output unit (1), a user registration and identification unit (2), a system access control unit (3) and a data processing unit (4). The system additionally includes a clustering unit (5) and a module for organizing technology transfers, including databases of persons (11), profiles (12), proposals (13), requests (14), analytical results (15) and authorizations (16). The application of the proposed group of inventions will enable the creation of novel innovative products and jobs and foster the emergence of new professions and specializations. |
