PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a mobile communication terminal that a carrier or a communication method suppressing power consumption or a communication charge with satisfactory communication quality cannot be selected.SOLUTION: When communication quality in a communication method currently in use becomes lower than a predetermined value, in regard to communication of at least one of other communication methods, one method is selected for the communication from communication methods in which stored power consumption or a communication charge is lower than the communication method in use, among communication methods in which determined quality is a predetermined value or more, so that communication is performed using the selected communication method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
