PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static eliminator capable of improving the flexibility of a connection cable connecting a head part to a main body controller, and capable of preventing deterioration of an air tube due to discharge occurring on a high voltage cable and preventing ozonization of compressed air.SOLUTION: In a connection cable 12 connecting a head part 13 to a main body controller 11, the circumference of a high voltage cable 15 is covered with a flexible metal shield material (shield part 20). The connection cable is constituted of the high voltage cable 15 and the air tube 16 which are disposed in an outer resin tube 14 in parallel independently from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
