PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extract of Antrodia camphorata solid-state cultured mycelium, and to provide applications of anti-lung cancer cell metastasis thereof.SOLUTION: The above extract of Antrodia camphorata solid-state cultured mycelium is 1,2,4-Trimethoxy-6-methylbenzene-3-ol, also called Leader 1. The above Leader 1 can effectively inhibit the motor ability, transition ability, and invasion ability of lung cancer tumor cells, can exhibit the effect of anti-lung cancer cell metastasis, and can achieve an excellent physiology activity and active mechanism of anti-lung cancer cell metastasis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
