PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer substrate for constituting a small sized light receiving module which inhibits light receiving of unnecessary light.SOLUTION: A laminated substrate 20 is formed by lamination of a plurality of resin layers 201-207. The laminated substrate 20 includes a cavity 211 and a through hole 212 for externally inserting the cavity 211. A light receiving element 30 is arranged in the cavity 211 and the through hole 212 serves as an optical path for guiding light to the light receiving element 30. An additive which absorbs light is mixed into the resin layers 204, 205. An additive is not mixed to the resin layers 201, 202, 203, 206, 207. A surface of the cavity 211 where the through hole 212 contacts is the resin layer 204 where the additive which absorbs light is mixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
