Provided is a behavior management device capable of managing a change in life pattern. The behavior management device (1) is provided with a data acquisition unit (105), an estimation unit (101), an information acquisition unit (102), and an output unit (106). The data acquisition unit (105) acquires in-house data acquired from within a house of a user with regard to the life environment of the user. The estimation unit (101), on the basis of the in-house data acquired by the data acquisition unit (105), estimates a change event in the past or future in the life pattern of the user. The information acquisition unit (102) acquires recommendation information which is information corresponding to the change event estimated by the estimation unit (101) and which prompts the user to adopt a behavior in accordance with a change in life pattern. The output unit (106) outputs the recommendation information acquired by the information acquisition unit (102).
