Disclosed is a method for transmitting TCP acknowledgement packet segments. A macro cell base station and a small cell base station respectively construct, in an RRC connection reconfiguration process, a reconfiguration signaling indicating a UE to newly add an AM RLC logical channel; the UE receives the reconfiguration signaling, and newly adds an AM RLC logical channel on the basis of the original AM RLC logical channel number; for a downlink TCP acknowledgement packet segment, the macro cell base station puts the PDCP frame corresponding to the TCP acknowledgement packet segment in the newly added AM RLC logical channel of the cell with better link quality and transmits to the UE; and for an uplink TCP acknowledgement packet segment, the UE puts the PDCP frame corresponding to the TCP acknowledgement packet segment in the newly added AM RLC logic channel of the cell with better link quality and transmits to the cell. A device for transmitting TCP acknowledgement packet segments is also disclosed. |
