Novelty: a shading umbrella having partially cut-off apertures acting against strong winds is disclosed. Constitution: the pole 1, the folding mechanism 2 and the canopy having openable plug-like holes retained by the canopy’s intact part (only 4 cm of their periphery is cut off) and moving up and down for air-pressure easing.
