摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic composite vibration device in which the vibration trajectory of composite vibrations is complicated, and which is usable in drilling and welding/deposition or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic composite vibration device for generating ultrasonic composite vibrations includes a longitudinal vibration body 10, a rod 20, a drive part 30, and a longitudinal-torsional vibration conversion part 40. The rod 20 transmits longitudinal vibrations from the longitudinal vibration body 10 that excites the longitudinal vibrations. The drive part 30 is constituted of an oscillator 31 for the longitudinal vibrations, an oscillator 32 for torsional vibrations, and an adder 33. The oscillator 31 for the longitudinal vibrations generates resonance frequency signals for the longitudinal vibrations, and the oscillator 32 for the torsional vibrations generates resonance frequency signals for the torsional vibrations. The adder 33 adds the respective resonance frequency signals and impresses them to the longitudinal vibration body 10. Then, the longitudinal-torsional vibration conversion part 40 which converts the longitudinal vibrations to the torsional vibrations is arranged near a position to be the antinode of the torsional vibrations of the rod 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
