<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply measure a thermal output without using a flowmeter, even when a position and a sort of a fuel control valve are not known. <P>SOLUTION: A thermal output measuring apparatus for a boiler 2 measures temporal variations of thermal outputs from the boiler 2 performing combustion in a plurality of combustion stages. The apparatus includes a current measuring means 22 for measuring an input current of a blower 14 and a measurement control means 21 for performing a combustion stage determination step of determining which combustion stage corresponds to a current combustion stage based on a current threshold and a thermal output calculation step of calculating a thermal output from combustion stage information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
