Provided is a vehicle side structure whereby rainwater or the like can be effectively prevented from flowing into a gap in a boundary section between the rear end of a side door and a side member outer. In a vehicle side structure (10), the space between a side member outer (28) and a vehicle-widthwise inside surface in the outer periphery of quarter glass (34) is sealed by a seal member. A sponge (46) is provided to the bottom side of the seal member in the space between the side member outer (28) and a bottom edge part (34D) of the quarter glass (34). Therefore, when rainwater or the like flowing down to a top edge part (34B) of the quarter glass (34) travels over the outer peripheral surface of the seal member and flows from a rear edge part (34C) of the quarter glass (34) to the bottom edge part (34D), the rainwater or the like interferes with the sponge (46) and flows downward. Moreover, the sponge (46) can be compressed to increase water-tightness because the sponge (46) is held between the quarter glass (34) and a bead (42) formed in the side member outer (28). |
