PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated thin film solar cell which can support diagnosis of poor power generation, less likely to be affected by installation environment, installation situation, weather conditions and weather records, and situation during characteristic evaluation diagnosis (light degradation, illumination, temperature, and the like), with a compact configuration.SOLUTION: An integrated thin film solar cell includes a plurality of thin film solar sub-cells arranged on a substrate 2, and each having a surface transparent electrode 10, a semiconductor layer 11, and a back electrode 15, and a power generation diagnosis support apparatus 4 having a plurality of first evaluation unit elements TD1 arranged on the substrate 2, and each having a surface transparent electrode 10, a semiconductor layer 11, and a back electrode 15, with the side face and incident light plane being shielded, and supporting diagnosis of poor power generation of the thin film solar sub-cells, corresponding to the difference between the characteristics of the thin film solar sub-cells and the characteristics of the first evaluation unit elements TD1. |
