摘要 The invention relates to a heat pump with a circuit (11) in which a compressor (13) and a turbine (17) are provided for compressing and decompressing the working gas in an alternating manner and in this manner charging a heat accumulator (16). According to the invention, gas turbine components are used for the compressor (13) and the turbines (17h, 17n). Because the turbine stage (17) of the gas turbine is normally operated at different temperatures, however, it is necessary to increase the mass flow rate of working gas to such an extent that the turbine stage can be operated in the turbine stage operating point. For this purpose, the compressor stage (13) of a larger gas turbine is combined with the turbine stage (17) of a smaller gas turbine. Because the compressor stage (13) then requires a lower rotational speed to operate than the turbine stage (17), a transmission (20) is additionally provided which allows the operation of the hydrodynamic machines at different rotational speeds.
