PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an adverse effect on a valve due to back-flow of a foreign matter.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system comprises: a fuel cell; a gas tank which stores the fuel gas supplied to the fuel cell; a gas supply pipe which connects between the gas tank and the fuel cell; a gas discharge pipe which discharges the exhaust gas from the fuel cell; a pressure reducing valve provided in the gas supply pipe; a relief valve provided between the pressure reducing valve and the fuel cell; and an exhaust tube which connects an exhaust port of the relief valve and the gas discharge pipe. The relief valve comprises a housing including a valve port and an exhaust port, a valve seat provided in the valve port, a valve body, and a pressure adjusting screw for adjusting the pressure under which the valve body opens. A gas permeable membrane is provided at least one of between the pressure adjusting screw of the relief valve and the exhaust port and between a stress concentration part provided in the exhaust tube and the relief valve. |
