The mounting portion structure has rear floor panel extended from trunk in rear portion of vehicle chassis to rear portion of passenger compartment. A reinforcing element (5) extends along underside of spare wheel box to fixedly connect to cross element and rear wall. A rear seat has seat cushion and backrest. A seat holder (6) has flange (61a,61b) connected with rear floor panel to mount lower portion of backrest to vehicle chassis side. The reinforcing element has spreader (52) extended in front of spare wheel box to connect flange in three-piece overlapped state. |
