PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact visual recognition device for mainly passers-by that: uses a concave mirror; can be readily installed in a dead corner part; is easily viewed by passers-by; and has high designability.SOLUTION: A mirror surface 2 is a recessed surface for visual recognition or includes the concave surface for visual recognition. A visual recognition device 1 is installed directly in or near a corner part of a construction constructing a dead corner. When the visual recognition device 1 is installed above one's eye level, the mirror surface 2 is placed downwardly. When the visual recognition device 1 is installed below one's eye level, the mirror surface 2 is placed upwardly. |
