PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a written report of an operation on which operation man-hours actually achieved by an operator are reflected in a development project.SOLUTION: The document generation device includes: a project information management DB for preliminarily registering project information including information indicating an operation object including a product to be generated by an operation in each process of a project or a reference object to be referenced in the case of executing the operation in each process; an operation history information DB for storing operation history information including information indicating an operation date, an operation object operated by an operator and the name of an operation performed to the operation object by the operator, which are acquired from a terminal for operation which executes the operation in each process of the project; a man-hour calculation part for calculating man-hours in each process of the project on the basis of the project information and the operation history information; and a written report generation part for generating a written report in which the processes in which the operations have been performed by the operator and the man-hours of the processes are written about the project on the basis of the project information and the man-hours calculated by the man-hour calculation part. |
