<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film improved in adhesion between a polyester-based film substrate and a transparent conductive layer and durability; and a touch panel provided with the transparent conductive film. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film includes at least a transparent conductive layer formed of a metal oxide on a polyester-based film substrate. A hard coat layer is formed on at least one surface of the polyester-based film substrate. The transparent conductive film is characterized in that a thermal shrinkage of the film in the longitudinal direction is ≤0.5% when the polyester-based film substrate having the hard coat layer thereon before the transparent conductive layer is laminated is left in an environment at 150°C for 1 hour. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
