Valve unit for installation on a district heating pipeline and in a dry well, where the valve unit comprises a valve top with at least one main valve (7) and at least one by-pass valve (8), where at least one by-pass duct (10) is at least connected to a pipe on both sides of the main valve (7) via a pipe connection, and where the by-pass duct (10) is further connected to the at least one by-pass valve (8) where the by-pass duct (10) is an integrated part of the valve unit, thereby achieving a drain valve which are to be operated from outside the well by an operator on the ground. |
