The porous hollow fiber membrane is provided with a porous membrane layer outside a hollow reinforcing support body (B); the manufacturing device for the porous hollow fiber membrane comprises a spinning spray pipe (16), a solidification tank (20) and a tension roller (18), wherein the spinning spray pipe is used for spinning in a form of coating a membrane manufacturing stock solution (A) accommodating membrane forming resin and opening agent on the outer side of the reinforcing support body (B); by the solidification tank, the membrane manufacturing stock solution (A) is solidified to form a porous hollow fiber membrane precursor (M'); and the tension roller is used for controlling tension supplied to the reinforcing support body (B) of the spinning spray pipe (16). By the device, the porous hollow fiber membrane with high quality can be stably and continuously obtained. |
