PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress dispersion of heating temperature in a prescribed range of a planar workpiece comparatively simply, even when the planar workpiece having a complicated shape is heated by electric heating.SOLUTION: Two planar workpieces W1, W2 formed in the same shape are prepared, and the planar workpiece W1 is inverted and superposed on the planar workpiece W2, and a pair of electrodes 11 are mounted on the two planar workpieces W1, W2, and a current is made to flow between both electrodes 11. The two planar workpieces W1, W2 are prepared and superposed so that the sum total of sectional areas of sections orthogonal to the current-carrying direction becomes approximately constant in the current-carrying direction in a prescribed range of the two planar workpieces W1, W2, by offsetting the planar workpiece W1 as much as a prescribed amount with respect to the planar workpiece W2. |
