A chuck device 10 is configured to include a pair of clamp claws 51 which clamps a component 50, a pusher portion 55 which thrusts a pin 52 of the component 50 into a hole 54 of a substrate 53, an air cylinder for clamp 57 which drives the clamp claws 51, and an air cylinder for pusher 58 which drives the pusher portion 55. The chuck device 10 is held so as to be attachable to and detachable from a mounting head 11 disposed in a movement mechanism 12 of a component mounting machine, and is configured so that an air pressure is supplied to the two air cylinders 57 and 58 through an air supply path 26 on the mounting head 11 side. |
