The invention relates to a component for coating compositions, specifically, a thermal insulating and waterproofing component for acrylic coating compositions, containing hollow spherical particles of glass, titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ), calcium carbonate (CaCO 3 ) and barite (BaSO 4 ). It also relates to the acrylic coating compositions which contain this component, as well as to the use of the cited component as a filler in an acrylic coating composition, and to the use of said coating composition to obtain highly reflective substrata with insulating properties. |
