PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal material joining die that can easily release joining parts of a plurality of metal materials from a die.SOLUTION: A joining die 10 includes: a movable die 14; and a fixed die 16. The fixed die 16 is provided with a punch 22 supported slidably in an up-and-down direction, and moved upward when joined. The movable die 14 is provided with a die 21. In the inside of die 21, there is provided a plunger 62 slidably supported in the up-and-down direction. The plunger 62 moves between a first position projecting from a cavity 44 of the die 21 and a second position deeply inserted in the inside of the die 21 from a cavity 44. A biasing force to the first position side is given to the plunger 62, and even if the die 21 is released from a welded material 40, the plunger 62 is disposed in the first position for pressing the welded material 40. |
