A vehicle behavior prediction section 28 predicts positional information of the vehicle and a motion state of the vehicle at time t+2 on the basis of the driving operation amount of the driver at time t+2 predicted by the driving operation prediction section 26 and a motion state of the vehicle at time t+1 estimated by the driving operation vehicle state estimation section 32.
