The purpose is to provide a rolling bearing capable of maintaining satisfactory rustproof performance with a lesser amount of rustproof oil than in the past. Chloride ions and sulfate ions are removed from the entire surface of the rolling bearing after the same is manufactured, rustproof oil is then allowed to adhere thereto at an average film thickness of 4.5-10 µm, the whole is wrapped in a vaporizable rustproof film, and the space between the vaporizable rustproof film and the rolling bearing is kept at a reduced pressure. |
