A recording device (1) is provided with a playback means (11) for playing back first content data (20) while playing back first added data (21) added to a start section of the first content data prior to the playback of the first content data, and a recording means (15) for recording second content data (30) input in conjunction with the playback of at least either the first added data or the first content data.
