<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy metal treating agent with which a heavy metal-containing material including a heavy metal is conveniently, highly efficiently, and stably treated, and to provide a treating method of a heavy metal using the heavy metal treating agent. <P>SOLUTION: By using a heavy metal treating agent which indispensably includes piperazine-N,N'-biscarbodithioic acid potassium, and piperazine-N, N'-biscarbodithioic acid sodium, a heavy metal in a heavy metal-containing material can be treated with a small amount of the agent. When the agent is used in a form of an aqueous solution, 10-30 wt.% of piperazine-N,N'-biscarbodithioic acid potassium, and 5-20 wt.% of piperazine-N, N'-biscarbodithioic acid sodium are preferably included therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
