The seat structure, particularly a rear seat attachment, has a backrest and a seat unit, where backrest and seat unit has a laminar element formed as base body (12,22). The seat structure has a framework (14) made of sectional steel, and base body made of a lightweight construction material, where framework and base body are connected to each other by a splicing tape (30). An independent claim is also included for a method for production of a backrest or seat unit of a rear seat attachment. |
