<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pump which has a light weight and a compact size and can prevent increase in a temperature of a motor stator of an electric motor for driving a pump by cooling the motor stator. <P>SOLUTION: A motor housing 6 having a built-in electric motor 3 for driving a pump 2 is fixed to a pump body 5 of the pump 2. The motor stator 27 includes: a stator core 28 in which a plurality of projecting pole parts 28b are integrally formed on an inner peripheral face of an annular part 28a; synthetic resin insulators 29; and coils 30 wound around the insulators 29 arranged in the pole parts 28b. The motor stator 27 is integrally molded in a synthetic resin motor case 13 constituting the motor housing 6, and spaces between the pole parts 28b adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction are filled by the motor case 13. Metallic heat transfer members 41 are arranged in the motor case 13 between the pole parts 28b, and are brought into contact with the pump body 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
