<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inner wear which effectively lowers the temperature of the skin when worn, and also is prevented from getting sticky due to perspiration so as to be improved in wearing feeling. <P>SOLUTION: The inner wear 1 for the top of the body includes front and back body parts 2, and a pair of right and left long sleeve parts 4. Cool-feeling material 20 having a Qmax value of ≥0.17 J/sec/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is arranged on each of the rib regions 3 of the front and back body parts 2 which leaves a prescribed space d1 from each of armpit points P corresponding to lower-side joining points of the front and back body parts 2 and the long sleeve parts 4, and/or on each of the inner arm regions 5 of the long sleeve parts 4 which leaves a prescribed space d2 from each of the armpit points P.
