A colloid of composite metal nanoparticle 27 comprises a composite metal nanoparticle and a surfactant without solvents. A metal evaporated in a vacuum is obtained by capturing with a membranous surfactant layer 26 formed on the surface of an inner wall 21a of a vacuum evaporator. |
