<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for efficiently introducing nucleic acid into cells and a means for enabling safe and easy introduction of nucleic acid into the surface of an organ. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a nucleic-acid introducing agent that contains calcium carbonate as an abrasive and is used to introduce nucleic acid into cells. The nucleic-acid introducing agent enables introduction of nucleic acids into cells present in the peritoneum without requiring abdominal surgery, which is required conventionally. As a result, safe and easy prevention and/or treatment means are provided for diseases, such as peritoneal dissemination, requiring introduction of nucleic acids into cells present in the peritoneum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
