PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of efficiently supporting interviewer assignment work of assigning a plurality of interviewers to a plurality of interview dates.SOLUTION: An interview adjustment device includes: a proposed schedule setting unit which sets a proposed schedule of interview; a logic setting unit which sets a logic; a proposed schedule transmission unit which transmits the proposed schedule to a plurality of interviewers; a cooperation agreement/disagreement reception unit which receives interview cooperation agreement/disagreement about the proposed schedule of each of the interviewers; a provisional setting unit which provisionally sets the proposed schedule to a schedule of an interviewer agreeing with interview cooperation; an interviewer provisional decision unit which provisionally decides an interviewer to whom the proposed schedule is to be assigned, among interviewers agreeing with interview cooperation on the basis of the logic; a confirmation information transmission unit which transmits confirmation information; an interviewer actual decision unit which actually decides an interviewer to whom the proposed schedule is assigned, when receiving answer information to the confirmation information, which shows that interview can be set; and an actually decided interviewer output unit which outputs the interviewer actually decided by the interviewer actual decision unit. |
