A heat-transport system used in a local cooling/heating system or the like balances a reduction in the fluid resistance of a heat-transfer medium during the transport of cold or heat, and an improvement in the heat-exchange efficiency of a heat-exchange unit. To this end, the heat-transport system transports a heat-transfer medium, which has been cooled in a heat exchange by a heat exchanger on the side where a chiller or freezer is used, to a heat exchanger at a demand source. The heat-transfer medium includes a cold-storage material having latent heat in the temperature range of the use-side heat exchanger. In addition, the heat-transfer-medium line connecting the use-side heat exchanger and the demand-source heat exchanger is provided with a tube-resistance reduction means. |
