The present invention relates to: an ultraviolet-ray-curable adhesive agent which can be used for adhering an optical base to an optical base having a light-shielding part on the surface thereof to each other, and is characterized by comprising a specific compound (A) represented by formula (1), a photopolymerizable compound (B) and a photopolymerization initiator (C); a cured article produced by irradiating the adhesive agent with ultraviolet ray; and an optical member, such as a touch panel, which is equipped with the cured article. When the ultraviolet-ray-curable adhesive agent according to the present invention is used, even if a light-shielding part is formed on an optical base such as a transparent protection board, the adhesive agent placed on a light-shielding region in which light is blocked by the placement of the light-shielding part can be cured sufficiently by the irradiation with ultraviolet ray from one direction without damaging a liquid crystal display device or the like. |
