The device i.e. neckband (2), has coils (5) provided for generating a magnetic field, where the device is attached to body of mammals by using fastening elements (1, 9) e.g. press button or Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener). The magnetic field is generated with a frequency of 14 Hz. An electronic device controller (4) allows control and/or programming of the field based on activation and deactivation of the field, regulation of activation time, -duration and/or -cycles, regulation of magnetic field strength and/or flux density or regulation of frequency of magnetic oscillations. |
