PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid for a magnet, which prevents rust by coating the surface of a hot worked magnet and the like, and can exert sufficient magnetic characteristics.SOLUTION: The coating liquid for the magnet is formed by adding a diluent to a suspension in which palladium hydride powder is dispersed in a silazane compound solution. A silazane compound is, for instance, a mixture of a polyalkylated silazane compound and perhydropolysilazane, and the silazane compound solution in such a case is produced by dissolving the mixture with a concentration of 1-40 mass% in an inert organic solvent. |
