PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables easy and accurate TSAb measurement.SOLUTION: A method of measuring the thyroid-stimulating antibody of a target sample includes steps of: (a) putting the target sample into contact with a porous substance; (b) putting the target sample treated with the porous substance through the step (a) into contact with thyroid cells or thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor expressing cells; and (c) detecting stimulatory response of the thyroid-stimulating antibody triggered by the step (b). |
