<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computed tomography apparatus in which a radiator can be cleaned without being detached from a rotary stand, and a maintenance method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The X-ray computed tomography apparatus includes an X-ray tube device 10, a circulation path 30, a circulation pump, a radiator 24, a fan unit 25, and an X-ray detector 40 and a rotary stand 6. The rotary stand 6 has a ring-like frame part 7 rotated around a rotary axis a1 as the center, and the X-ray tube device 10, the circulation pump, the radiator 24, the fan unit 25 and the X-ray detector 40 are mounted on the rotary stand 6.
