PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine drive type work machine including a radiator cover which prevents a coolant leaked from a radiator and an external liquid from being mixed and achieves excellent maintainability.SOLUTION: In an engine drive type work machine 1, a radiator 10a and a radiator cover 10b covering a portion of the radiator 10a which excludes a heat radiation surface 11 are disposed in an air-exhaust chamber 2a and the heat radiation surface 11 is exposed to the air-exhaust chamber 2a through an opening 60a of the radiator cover 10b. The radiator cover 10b seals a space between a periphery of the opening 60a and the radiator 10a and shields the radiator 10a from the air-exhaust chamber 2a in an area other than the heat radiation surface 11 to prevent rain water W1 from entering into the space between the periphery of the opening 60a and the radiator 10a and also prevent a coolant W2 leaked from a coolant replenishment port 14a from flowing out into the air-exhaust chamber 2a. |
