<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be able to immediately mix inspection gas that has a desired component proportion in situ doing a leakage inspection of buried pipeline. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus that mixes inspection gas injected to a buried pipeline to perform leakage inspection of the buried pipeline includes: a first channel 10 having an inlet end 10A connected to the source of a first constituent gas; a second channel 20 having an inlet end 20A connected to the source of a second constituent gas; and a mixing channel 30 that communicates with the first channel 10 and the second channel 20, in which mixed gas of the first constituent gas and the second constituent gas circulates, and that has an exit end 30A connected to the inlet of the buried pipeline, wherein the first channel 10 is provided with a first pressure reducing valve 11 that sets the component proportion of the first constituent gas, the second channel is provided with a second pressure reducing valve 21 that sets the component proportion of the second constituent gas, and in the first pressure reducing valve 11 and the second pressure reducing valve 21, the first pressure control chambers 11a, 21a thereof communicate each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
