The present invention provides a lighting assembly for multi-direction illumination, including: a hollow type housing; a lighting unit comprising a first light source which is arranged in the housing and outputs a first light, and a second light source outputting a second light; an internal reflection unit which is installed to surround the first light in the housing, and comprises a first reflector which is an inner surface formed to reflect the first light, and a second reflector which is an outer surface formed to reflect the second light in a different direction from the first light; an elevation unit to drive the housing by elevation; and an external reflection unit to reflect the second light toward the first light by adjusting an angle as to a wide wall of the housing during the elevation of the housing. The lighting assembly of the present invention can control a lighting area selectively.
